As someone who eats out for a living, I can thoroughly
recommend Gemma Haining's cooking. Gemma is very responsive to the requirements of her clients, and willing to work flexibly
with them to deliver just what they need for each occasion. She also has an amazing ability to conjure up healthy dishes which
taste brilliant. Whether it is Thai green curry or roast ham with all the trimmings, whether a banquet or a barbecue, Gemma
is a great cook, and I thoroughly recommend her.

Gemma Haining has been working for me as a cook since 2003.
In that time she has devised and prepared meals for me which includes childrens’ teas, small suppers, large dinners,
enormous parties, picnics, celebration teas, barbeques on beaches, barn dance dinners in barns, birthday celebrations in beach
huts, a sit down dinner for 12 catered entirely out of a seasideice cream and sandwich kiosk and many more.
She is enormously versatile, incredibly hard working, loyal, sensitive,
punctual, caring, thoughtful and kind. Her food is delicious organic, modern, beautifully presented and always tastes fabulous...
